What to bring: Exercise mat, drink bottle, towel, pram or bouncer for baby.

About the group sessions:  Sessions run for approx 45 mins with warm up, active stretching, pelvic floor and core connection, strength training and cardiovascular fitness.

Spots are limited with only 10 mamas per session. This ensures I can monitor you all and provide exercise modifications for your needs whilst providing a more intimate group setting to connect with other mums.

Hello, I'm Jess

I’m a true country girl who would prefer to dress for comfort above all else and thinks activewear should be a form of acceptable attire on all occasions. I am a certified personal trainer based in the Maitland/Newcastle area who specialises in pre and postnatal fitness.

I love creating workouts with pelvic floors in mind to help my clients feel stronger, more confident and reduce or eliminate pelvic floor symptoms.
